electronic enclosure industry, our team of engineers
work with software such as ProE, CFDesign, Illustrator,
Solidworks
and AutoCAD during the development and launching of
products. Utilizing the thorough application of Design
for Manufacturing and Assembly analysis, our engineers have successfully
developed products for many of the major computer
brands. Engineering product features and functionality
that decrease integration times and increase ease of

Our industrial design staff is experienced in
collaborating with customers to create unique and
successful products. Working with ProE ISDX, Adobe
Illustrator and Photoshop to create innovative and
attractive product stylings, we can then create photo-ready prototypes with processes such as FDM, SLA, SLS
and direct machining. |
LFE provides in-house CNC equipment for creating
prototypes. Our prototyping capabilities include
sheet metal, plastic and all other product details
required for design validation. We can also
supplement product development with low to mid volume NPI products that meet stringent cosmetic and
dimensional requirements during the new product
introduction phase.
We outsource industry standard product validation services
including: shock, drop, EMI, vibration, and thermal
testing. Our engineers are capable of constructing
computer simulation models of internal airflow
configurations, and complete full-featured heat transfer
analysis that include:
conduction, convection and radiation.
