Located in Southern China, near Shenzen, our Dongguan manufacturing facility can support most any metal stamping or injection molding need. In addition to our high-volume manufacturing, our soft tooling capabilities using CNC Turret, laser, and CNC brake for low-volume flexible fabrication, and hybrid combinations for soft/hard tooling stamping for mid-volume alternative to lower tooling investments.

    The factory supports liquid and powder painting for sheet metal, as well as robotic liquid painting in a dust-free room

environmentfor plastics. Several types of product decoration are available allowing us to support a broad range of product configurations. These include pad printing, silk screening and hot stamping.

    Our tooling center allows for rapid construction of both metal stamping dies and plastic injection molds. Additionally manufacturing down-time is minimized by our in-house tooling maintenance capabilities.

    To better support OEM, ODM, EMS customers, our manufacturing activities are complimented by assembly and integration capabilities. These range in complexity from simple sheet metal assembly to integration and testing of components including power supplies and motherboards.
